Description

New Price New Look! Seller has been working hard adding new exterior lights, painting & removing personal belongings– Don't miss this great opportunity for a 3 bedroom home in Methuen on a quiet street under $500,000! Lots to love: Spacious yard, dining room & kitchen. Other updates have been completed in this home over recent years such as siding (4 years ago) & roof (7); but, it's ready for its new owner & the finishing touches. Some cosmetic issues remain such as the finish carpentry in a couple doorways & maybe adding a cabinet or two in the kitchen. The upstairs bathroom could use some attention but all the plumbing is in good working order. The home will be delivered free & clear of personal belongings & the exterior ramp will be removed. Seller is still making updates along the way! Solar panels exist on the roof, currently on lease. If you're looking for a little sweat equity, this may be the home for you! AS IS.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from July 18, 2024

"Ive lived in this neighborhood since 2007 and i have never had any issues with anyone around here except for the on coming traffic this street is unforgiving if you’re not careful. The majority of people drive way to fast and they never stop to let anyone cross unless they have a red light so if it’s yellow be careful because the majority are going to speed up even faster to try to get passed the light before it turns red so if you have little ones i would definitely be very careful with children on Pelham Street in Methuen for sure otherwise no issues with the area "
  • Trulia User
