Portions of Concord have Painesville mailing addresses, and many realty sites display community stats based on the mailing address...big difference in quality of life, crime, amenities, median income, etc..."

I lived in Painesville for years and consider it a very safe and attractive place to live. Like most towns, there are neighborhoods that struggle economically, but it is very unfair to describe the entire town as crime-ridden. In any case, the street identified in the news story is five miles away from the area for this listing."
