Be a part of picturesque Gloucester Courthouse! Walk your kids to school, stroll to restaurants for Sunday brunch and enjoy being part of the local community with events like the Daffodil Festival and Girls Night Out, just steps from your front door! Wooded, corner lot on a quiet cul de sac in Beaver Dam. There are three large bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, large front room, family room, laundry/mud room, engineered wood floors throughout and a gas fireplace in the family room. The kitchen was updated with new cabinets and granite countertops in 2011 and new windows were installed in 2011. Bathrooms were redone with new tile and toilets in 2009. Home is zoned for Botetourt Elementary, Peasley Middle and Gloucester High School, but also a short drive to Ware Academy. This is a wonderful family house that gives you the enjoyment of small town living! I would love to give someone the chance to enjoy the home and Gloucester Courthouse like my girls and I did while we were there!
