That HOA's willing to do whatever they can to make the community more attractive and a joy to its residents. The rec area's extremely well managed and updated consistently. The close proximity to the golf course assures excellent grading, ponds, and mature landscaping which prevents flooding and offers a year round green view. More events are popping up and have added to the holiday fun and the comradery residents feel in this quiet slice of living close to the beach and intercoastal"
