This is a great mid term rental for those traveling on business or looking for more permanent housing. The other half of the house is used as a mid/short term rental. Pets are allowed upon approval.

Monthly rent is $2,000 and a one time refundable damage deposit of $500 and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150. Wifi, utilities, landscaping and hot tub maintenance are all included. House rules include: No smoking, no parties, and quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
