Prospective families should be aware that the culture at this school is heavily defined by social status and wealth, making it an incredibly isolating environment for anyone who doesn't fit a specific 'snobby' mold. Despite the school's claims of having a zero-tolerance policy, the administration often fails to take meaningful action regarding bullying, seemingly prioritizing the school's reputation and tuition revenue over student well-being. There is a palpable sense of fear among the student body; many are afraid to speak up about their negative experiences because they feel their voices won't matter to an administration that feels out of touch. If you value a supportive, inclusive, and accountable environment, you may want to look elsewhere. If you care about your child's well-being and mental health I would not send them to this school. The people on here saying that its a good school is completely lying, they are mostly adults saying this. They don't see how they actually treat us here. If you go and look at the other reviews you can also see that most of the kids that go here and saying that its terrible here and It truly is.

My daughter has been bullied and body shamed by one little girl in particular for years. She has been called, "Fatty" multiple times by the same bully. Asked regularly, "Why are your arms so big?" and on and on. I watched her self-esteem crumble more each school year. I have always communicated with the school to let them know what was happening. At the beginning of this school year (4th Grade) it started almost immediately. I called the school to talk to the counselor to nip it in the bud. I explained how serious it was becoming and how it was affecting my daughter's mental health. My girl has developed a huge body complex. She will only wear giant clothes bc this girl has convinced her that she is so "fat". They said they would handle it and be sure to make note to keep the bully away from my daughter. Not two months later- the bully was added to my daughters Math class. They did the opposite of what they said they would do by giving the bully more access to body shame my daughter. The children aren't the only bullies. Last year my daughter was into a book series called, "Warrior Cats" and she would spend her recess (Only recess-not in the classroom) pretending to be a Warrior Cat. Normal 8-year-old behavior. For some reason which I'll never know bc I got conflicting stories from everyone- The counselor called my daughter into the office & told her that she "makes people uncomfortable" (Specifically other parents which makes literally no sense) & made her verbally confirm that she knew wasn't a cat. My daughter was offended, embarrassed, and her light was dimmed. Shamed and treated like a weirdo for having an imagination at eight years old. We are now Home Schooling bc I refuse to send my daughter to a place where I know she will be body shamed & bullied (by children & adults) every day. I wish I would have done this years ago before it took such a hard hit to her mental health, but I guess I had faith they would do better. If your child likes to bully other children, they will thrive here. One positive thing I'll say, my daughters home room teacher this year and every year previous have been very kind in general. My daughter felt safe and loved w/ Mrs. Blackwell specifically.

These folks don't put value on athletics, why was Wrestling kicked out of their GYM for some army ROTC junk? Why is that garbage in our public schools?
