What's unique:On bee tree creek
This is a great opportunity for a home in Swannanoa. The home needs cosmetics and a few repairs, but overall pretty good shape. The roof is just a few years old. There is a soft flooring spot between laundry and 2nd bathroom that needs repaired. But this home is a perfect home to spruce up and make your own. The home is on Bee Tree Creek, which is lovely, but of course after Helene can be scary. This home had water over the lot, and in the crawl space, but water level did not come to main level and so no damage from Helene. There is a large shed on the property that goes with it. It is a larger lot at 1.92 acres and so may have the possibility of adding another home to the left of the current home.
