  • Cinmelen74
"It’s sometimes good there are a lot of people in the park by that need help with drug problems . We also need more lower income apartments and help for people with disability "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a very relaxing place to raise a family. I love the little walk and it quite where you can hear yourself think."
  • Devin P.
"The buses are Terrible, most-times they see you standing in the stop and leave you, there's still a lot of homeless people wandering around, constant muggings and shootings around the neighborhood, middle class and project are very close to each other, so you have some knowledge in what usually happens around the avenues, only good places are bay street where i live, and urby. those are the only two places you should stick around in if you are willing to rent or buy a place, however urby is a better option. more gentrified bay street is still not uppity enough for good class people to live as far as my impression gives. "
  • Debra L.
"My neighbors stick together on my block. We try and have events for the children and family functions. Cookouts, dance troupes, and soon our first potluck dinner."
  • James G.
"i move to stapleton, thinking the area would change since they open up the Urby Apartments, and i live at Urby but they have nasty people living there also who dont pick after their pets, bring drugs to building, and area. brings the area move down. "
  • Jamik M.
"It’s Nice Neighborhood but to much drugs attics I lived here for years I pick up after my dog a lot and a lot of friendly people in the neighborhood Some people say good morning some people don’t"
  • Jpiet1949
"There are many children in the neighborhood, which is mixed ..ethnically and economicly. There is a new park along the waterfront as well as a century old park with huge old trees. A newly renovated library with numerous computers is also a great plus."
  • Justine S.
"There is no parks and I think they should make more things for kids to be able to have fun and enjoy "
  • Kristopherljones
