3 min walk to the NJ Transit Midtown direct train- 30 min to Manhattan- 15 min to Newark, 20 min to Montclair State University. NJ Transit Buses also minutes walk. 2 min drive to the Garden State Parkway.

Short walk to shops, restaurants, and supermarket on Bloomfield Ave. Just a short 5 min drive to the center of Montclair with Whole Foods, Movie Theatre, Wellmont Theatre and Art Museum. Pets negotiable and require an additional deposit.

Owner pays for water.
Heat up to two tanks of oil is included per year, tenant pays any fuel above that (so far no tenant has used more than that but this is included so heat is not abused.
Tenant pays for stove gas and electric.
