This free standing 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house is a peach of a place to rent. It sits over a small creek for the last 100 years (built in 1921) and you can open the bedroom window and hear the creek burbling year round. This hidden neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to all things downtown Asheville. It is a 20 min walk to the French Broad Chocolate Lounge, a 15 min walk to UNCA campus, a 10 minute walk to Trader Joes Whole Foods Harris Teeter, a 5min walk to Weaver Park that has a track, playground, BBQ's and pavilion. This property was a constantly booked Air BnB listing for 2 years as well.

Please send me an email and I will happily provide you with a link to the questionnaire I have created. Only those who complete this online questionaire (12 easy and short answer questions. Takes 2 min to complete) If you are considered a strong possibility I will run the necessary background and credit checks to schedule a viewing. There is a $35 charge for this. If you end up renting the spot I will refund you your application fee. If you have shaky credit do not despair. Your credit score does not define you and I am willing to rent to some one I fee real good about that lacks excellent credit.

These are difficult times and many people I know (my self included) are on the struggle bus in some way right now. I want you to find the sanctuary you are looking for. Hopefully I can offer it to you. I know the stress of finding a new home can be deep at times. Do not loose hope, this will all work out. I wish you ease and grace in finding your next sanctuary regardless of weather you live in this spot or not.

We will get through this together.
With respect,
Trey
