About this House

Welcome to this Downtown Winter Haven 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Ranch-Style Home with single carport For Sale. Does the downtown Winter Haven scene appeal to you. Well, this is the home for you. It's getting harder and harder to find great livable homes in great locations like this home in this price range. Especially, homes that have been updated and are basically move-in ready. You need to come see it. Why buy a fixer-upper? Buy a turnkey home that is already updated and has been lived in for a couple years. We asked the owner what he liked most about his house and he said the red pineapple tree up front. We were kind of taken with the large front yard and very nice back yard. But you may feel having four bedrooms and two living areas and a galley kitchen are a plus. Check it out. There's an old rotted out yellow shed in the back yard you may want to dispose or... it will make a great Halloween prop. Get a mower or pay for grass cutting because there is no HOA to take care of the landscaping (or all those pesky rules and regulation that HOAs can sometimes enforce? There's Lake Shipp park about a block away, oh and Lake Shipp with a boat ramp. Do you have a boat? Do you like to fish? Really, you are getting all the best that Winter Haven has to offer, downtown, near-lake living.

"Well the associated need to be more strict, and severe with the Owners each property, how they park at the street, not at the grass, do not allow any car on the side of street, they should park at there own driveway ,and the driving at the neighbors area should be limited speed, driving to fast can cause hitting someone."

"Work is minutes away. Hardly ever go anywhere but Orlando as I don’t feel theres anything to do around here."
  • Ctjohns34
"Neighbors complain about walking dogs, dogs only recently became allowed in this community and some neighbors resist change "
