  • Bevin B.
"Mostly a summer place... not sure about the school systems. Ticks are a concern and mosquitoes. Beaches are great. "
  • Shubham N.
"Upscale area at affordable prices. Feels very nicely maintained. Mobile phone signals are weak though."
  • Cat
"The best place to have dogs. Everyone helps if they run off (mine are husky, so they do that a lot. There is also a dogrun in town if your dog wants to play with other dogs. "
  • Veevex91
"I've lived in this neighborhood my whole life. It's nice, but housing is getting too expensive to stay here. "
  • Carlosr8120
"is the best site, for the childrens, the beach, the parks all town is good, i aam very happy in the site "
  • Lance Lessman
"Community of 14 brick Georigian town houses with elevators . The neighborhood /neighbors extremely respectful and polite . The demographic tends to be retired people who have downscaled from estates to large townhouses walking to Southampton Village ."
  • Cdtomforde@hotmail.com
"The proximity to the ocean and it’s far enough from NYC. Low crime. It has a complete different economy from the rest of Long Island. "
  • Winterstone
"This area is exquisite. Just 3 miles from Sag Harbour, and 50 yards from your own private beach, the house is an oasis of tranquility."
  • vince11968
"Lived here over 35 years, children attended local schools. Excellent place to live. Quality neighbors. "
  • Wildcard418
"I love the area. I despise the Southampton Meadows development that contains several listings on Winter Way, Spring Lane, and Summer Drive.. Poorly built homes. Outrageous asking prices considering the houses are built in several months with numerous problems that need fixing shortly after purchase. Avoid Southampton Meadows development."
  • Natalia P. P.
"I am an exclusive agent for 121 Wilderness Trail. Properties in this area are usually very private, with lush mature landscape. Close to the fields, horse farms, farmers markets, etc. Approzimately the same distance to the bay and the ocean. Very safe for children, and perfect for entertaining. "
  • Natalia P. P.
"Excellent neighbourhood! Great community ammenities! Private beach, marina! "
