    "We have lots of events, craft and art shows, block parties etc. very low crime rates and neighbors look after each other. Holiday festivities such as fireworks on 4th bn of July and our very own golf cart parade with decorated csrts. Christmas light parade, etc."

    "Micco is a small town which consists of multiple small communities of manufactured homes. Ours is barefoot bay. It is a large community with great amenities such as a few pools, baseball field, golf course, restaurants, clubhouse which has many events going on all the time. It is not deed restricted, however, we do have 24/7 security who drive around and watch the neighborhood. This security will also notify of any homes which are letting there lawns get out of hand and any automobiles parked where it is against their policy. I like that there is someone looking out for suspicious activity day and night. The neighbors are also very much aware of suspicious activity. It used to be age restricted but is now family friendly and pet friendly"

    "There are areas that are in a flood zone. Ask before buying. Great community. You own the land, so you dont worry about rent cost rising. Hoa is 750 a year which is reasonable. "

St. Patrick's day parade. fire department in the bay as well. softball field for 60 and over league, nice field. and pub attached to pool area, music played 3to4 days a week."
