Description

Here is a nice cabin on the river. It is only one room with a small bathroom kitchen area. The rear of the home has a nice deck that need a little work. This used to be a prohibition club house meaning those from the city would spend the weekends out here and have a few drinks. Right now the house needs a lot of work but has potential. The roof is not in bad shape and with some cleaning and some work it could be a nice club house or bachelor pad for the right person. The house could have a new wood burning stove put in it as the chimney does not look to be in bad shape. The house does have a well, electricity, newer hot water heater, and a lot of newer electric outlets along with a newer breaker box. Just a short walk off the back deck will take you to the river where you can access to fishing or a picnic table if you out one out there.

There is the safety and kindness of a small town with the hustle and bustle of a small city. People are kind and helpful to one another, police are present and kind but not over the top. The high school is one of the best in the nation. I recommend all families looking here! But don’t make the town keep building. It needs to keep its small town charm!!"
