Longfellow is a small neighborhood school that truly demonstrates the values and benefits of community. The teachers and staff are wonderful - most with advanced degrees and experience in their field. This is a desired location to teach at in the district - and the quality of staff shows that. The building is incredible - especially following the full renovation in 2023. And the school shows community... every parent involvement event is standing room only - at pickup and drop off every day the school buzzes with the excitement of families walking and riding to school - not just driving through a drop off line. Longfellow is a service school - with every classroom engagement in service projects every year, teaching the kids - again - the value of community. I highly recommend Longfellow!
