This home has tons of room but is needing some TLC. Kitchen, Living room and dinning room on main level along with a half bath. Upper level has three bedrooms and full bath. Upper level has its own furnace. Other furnace for lower level may not work. This home has active mine subsidence. It has been going on several years and seller feels it is close to being finished.
