Large sliding glass doors open to a private patio or balcony. The primary suite has double closets and a bathroom that includes a basin sink, and a ceramic shower with glass doors. The second bedroom is smaller with a large double door closet. The bathroom has a full bathtub and large vanity. Window coverings are provided throughout.
There is a modern kitchen which includes granite counters, custom cabinets, a pantry with washer & dryer, garbage disposal, track lighting, and a breakfast bar looking out to the living room & dining room. It has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, built-in microwave, five burner gas stove, and refrigerator with water & icemaker.
Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
You may choose a lease end date that is 6/30, 7/15, 7/31, or 8/15 of each year for this neighborhood.
