About this House

This beautifully remodeled home is centrally located just minutes from the 60 and 202 freeways. Cabinets, flooring, quartz counters, all newly updated with gray and white tones. The main floor consists of a formal living and dining rooms, beautiful kitchen/dining nook, great room, half bath & laundry room. Upstairs you'll find the master and three additional bedrooms as well as a full bath. The master bath has dual sinks, a separate tub and shower, and a full walk in closet. The house is situated one of the larger lots in the area and has a pool but allows plenty of additional space for whatever you'd like to use it for. The AC unit and the roof were just replaced in 2017. The pool uses a sand filter and was just replaced in 2018 (all new sand replaced in November 2020)
