Master is extra large with a walk in closet and separate bath, shower, toilet room. Vaulted ceilings in the living/dining room and gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, all tile floors and gas stove, an eat in area with bay windows and a bistro table that seats 4. There is also a sitting bar. The kitchen opens up to the family room and offers a great view of the backyard through the large sliding glass doors. There is also a private laundry room and 3 car garage with lots of built in storage. Located in a gated cul de sac street that is close to everything. You can walk to shopping, Starbucks, a great variety of restaurants and businesses. Pools are community as well as spas and all the amenities.
The large backyard features a built in BBQ, large shade trees, turf, playset and sand play area. A high fence and mature trees add to the quiet and privacy of the backyard. Located on a cul de sac and in a gated community, our home is the perfect location for a wonderful and secluded get away, while offering the convenience of a big city. There is a one time pet fee of $100 per pet and a cleaning fee of $200. Greatly reduced off season rates for the Summer.
Las Sendas is Phoenix's east valley premier master planned community resort in Mesa. World class golf course, 2 huge pools, spas, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, hiking and biking trails unending! Life here is all about being outdoors in the beautiful, uncrowded areas of the east valley. Sparkling city views and towering mountains surround Las Sendas, which is located in the premier area of the Desert Uplands. This area is specially designed to preserve the natural desert beauty, while enjoying all that nature has to offer. The 202 Red Mountain Freeway is a less than a mile away, offering easy access to the other valley cities including Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale and Glendale. Sky Harbor is just 20 minutes away, as are most of the Valley attractions. Williams Gateway Airport is just 15 min. away.

This is a vacation rental which is fully furnished and available with a 31 day minimum. Month to month, or prorated for less than a month after initial 31 days. NOT AVAILABLE FOR A YEAR LEASE! Utilities stay in our name and there is a flat $700 a month fee which includes ALL utilities ie: gas, trash, recycling, green bin, WiFI, power, water and sewer. If utilities are more than $700, tenant pays the difference.

    "We've lived in the neighborhood since 2000. The schools are top rated in the state. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Since we border the National Forest, we don't have the congestion of some other similar high-end neighborhoods. We're still only a 20-30 minute drive to Sky Harbor. Great freeway access with the 202. The private pools, tennis courts, and parks are great. So is the mountain biking, road biking, hiking etc. Awesome place to live!"
