I graduated from Eau Claire top 10 percent if my class. I was Student Body President, Ms Shamrock of 1997, Ms Junior etc etc. My son now attends this school and I could be more proud of him. Go Javis!!! Parents and the community need to be more hands on and help the youth succeed. Not at all can do it on their like I did. I had God and my mother in Heaven. Great school I love it!!

I taught the Migrant summer school at Lybrook, and the experience was basically positive. The students were well behaved within the boundaries of typical behaviors. The staff was helpful although some staff are mired in keeping things the way it has always been which, if you look at the school's ratings, are not necessarily the best. The two administrators are positive, upbeat and care about children and staff. Unfortunately the principal will not return for the next school year, and that will be a disservice to the students because the school needs her. Changes in attitude and teaching methods of long time staff will help the school improve its performance towards better GreatSchools and State of Michigan ratings overall.
