One bed apartment, cozy living area, full kitchen, shower only in bathroom. This is a solid apartment, it could use a face lift but the important things are there; it's clean, solid roof, solid floor, remodeled bathroom to include brand new toilet, there's an updated stove in the kitchen, heating unit in main living area and included space heater for bedroom. Slider door from the bedroom to the fenced backyard. Unfortunately, there are no washer or dryer hookups. Apartment is ground level, adjacent to the main house and has a separate entrance, one wall (bathroom/entryway) is shared with the main house. Location is within view of the courthouse. There is shed space available for use in the backyard.

Off street parking is available for one vehicle.

All basic utilities (electric, heat, water, garbage) are included in the rental price. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and backyard care. Backyard is shared with main house tenant.

Tenant will be allowed access to shared yard for dog or for personal use. The yard has a fire ring that can be used and a few nice trees. Pets will be allowed upon approval consisting of one cat and/or up to two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee, caged animals also considered. Poop pick-up in the yard is required to completed by tenant regularly. Rent and deposit with pets will otherwise be the same.

An ideal tenant will be reasonably clean and quiet. No drugs, no partying, no smoking. Reasonable get-togethers are not an issue.

Month to month lease with $850 deposit and $800/month rent.

Apartment will be available on Feb 1 2021, an earlier move-in date can be discussed.

Utilities included expect optional services (internet & phone).
