This four room finished basement apartment has its own entrance at the back of the house, and includes its own landscaped, private yard surrounded by noise-reducing concrete walls. The full kitchen includes an electric stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and double sink. Two keyed rooms can serve as bedrooms, with plenty of closet space. A washer and clothes dryer are in a separate closet. The apartment has a window-unit A/C, but you will probably never need it, as the concrete walls keep it cool even on the hottest summer days. Space heaters keep it cozy in the winter. All utilities are paid by owner, who lives in the house upstairs. Owner is willing to furnish the unit as needed for additional rent. PLEASE, NO DOGS!
