Description

this house is considered reverse living. Which means the living room and gourmet kitchen are on the third floor where there is the greatest view of the Raritan Bay and New York City. there is a covered back deck, the whole with of the house facing the water. The kitchen has a double electric wall oven, a six burner cooktop with a pot filler, and large island with a prep sink, and a 6 foot wide refrigerator freezer. All appliances are top-of-the-line there. The dining room table is 13 feet long and comfortably seats 12 people. The kitchen and dining room have a large vaulted ceiling. The spacious living room is towards the front of the house where there is a 6’ x 12’ deck with a retractable sun setter awning. The deck is great for morning, coffee and evening cocktails, watching the sun, go down and overlooks front Street and the wetlands across the street where you will see ducks, geese, and many other types of birds landing in the creek as well as deer foraging for food. at the top of the stairwell, there is a large landing along the front of the house with a large window, facing the wetlands that I’ve made my office. there is also a half bath off the living room. going down the stairs to the second floor or if you like you can take the full-size elevator that goes all the way to the garage on the first floor. A necessity for a house this tall and makes bringing groceries up to the kitchen a breeze.! The second floor holds four bedrooms, another bathroom, and a laundry room. The master bedroom and master bath are along the back of the house facing the water when you lay in bed at night and look out the large window. You see the Verrazano bridge and up the Hudson to New York City. The master bath has a double sink vanity. A two person, whirl, pool, tub and a 4 foot shower stall with glass sliding doors. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.
The 2000 square-foot garage has a ceiling height of over 12 feet and a large oversize garage door with automatic opener. In case you have a large RV camper or boat that you would like to store indoors. I almost forgot a killer security system with cameras, on every corner of the house, and in the Fourier.
