    "Nice place to live "
  • Rosalind Wells
"I live outside the city limits so my experience is different than that of someone living in town. However, itโ€™s nice and quiet in the country. "
  • Rosalind Wells
"I use the BA from 412 and having to go from the right side of the IDL to the left in about a quarter of a mile can be hairy. Taking I-44 instead is nail biting with the left on ramp. Now that 412 eastbound at the top of the IDL is fully open, Iโ€™ll probably go that way now. "
  • Dana.box
"We have neighborhood garage sales. We also look out for each other. Itโ€™s a great neighborhood. The lots are larger and thereโ€™s room for kids to play. Streets are safe and look out for kids. "
  • Zpxg8wrv7c
"Lived in this neighborhood for at least 20 years of my life. Friendly neighbors, great place to grow a family."
  • Ryan Felsinger
"Good place for dogs and there owners. Good place for familyโ€™s with dogs and kids to grow. Safe place for dogs "
  • Caleydeannt
"They have a yearly herbal affair in downtown Sand springs that is quite lovely. The neighborhood is right next to the middle school and Pratt elementary which offer many events for children of those ages. "
  • Troland55
"Needs more restrauant but still has small town feel. Feel most parks could have better maintenance with old trees trimmed or taken down."
  • Dana.box
"Sand Springs supports its own. Very supportive community. Everyone gives back. You have a fundraiser or a neighbor in need. People are there for you. Love it. "
  • Rhiannon H.
"Sand Springs has great schools! There is lot of one on one attention from teachers and faculty. The teachers really seem to care about their students. "
  • Stephanie H.
"Too many stray or loose dogs to walk my own dogs around the neighborhood. We have wonderful neighbors who really look out for each other. New restaurants and shops have come in recent years, new splash pad and park area for kids. Need to add activities for teens and families so people can stay in town instead of driving Tulsa for fun. "
  • Misti2915
"Not good for kids walking alone to dangerous how people drive and the drugs and creepy people I wouldnโ€™t let my kids play outside without me being there ever second "
  • Jacelyn0429
"Subpar schools, but safe area. My kids go to school in Tulsa, but we plan to always live in Sand Springs."
  • Jarrett M.
"There are kids and families in our neighborhood that play together and are very friendly. No traffic, so they can ride their bikes around the neighborhood without worry."
  • Natasha H.
"its easy to get around with little traffic. people drive safely and are friendly. there are several ways to go into other areas also."
  • Bethanymcd5

  • Paris_cleaver
"Halloween trick or treating. They shut down the neighborhood and itโ€™s all about the kids. Safe for kids to play outside. Lots of families. "
  • Richard L.
"There are lots of people with dogs in the neighborhood. Most are kept on a leash and in their yard.sometimes they get to barking though, but not always."
