About this House

$25k Price Reduction and what a great deal! Come grab it before it's gone! Great primary residence or vacation home. This beautiful home has endless Chesapeake Bay views—beach life! This area of Chesapeake Beach is referred to as the Campground. Renovations were done in 1998, 2003, and another within the last 7 years. Home is upgraded throughout with unique touches, some of which include nautical tile and is painted bright and brilliantly throughout. The Living Room and Dining Room are wide open, overlooking the Bay. Perfect for entertaining and enjoying family and friends. The Kitchen is Beachy with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and overlooks the Dining/Living Area. All the Bathrooms are tiled beautifully with Granite countertops. A total of 4 Bedrooms (generously sized closets) and 3 upgraded Full Baths! The 2 front Bedrooms overlook the Bay, and the 4th Bedroom has bay views. The Primary Bedroom Suite is on the back side of the home, and has a unique cupola, Primary/Master Bath, and Closet- Beautiful bright and happy raspberry colored painted room! There is a back spiral staircase off that Bedroom for easy access to the lower/main level. The exterior offers beautiful waterfront paver patios, walkways, and a 3-car parking pad. There is also additional parking in the gravel area by the shed, street parking around the corner from the home and alley parking across from the parking pad. The big, beautiful, mature, trees offer great shade on hot days and do not block your Bay View! These beautiful trees cannot be removed because of the Critical Area. They protect against erosion, the watershed, as well as the sun, and wind. Plenty of time still to move in and plan your 4th of July party with front row seats to all the local Fireworks over the Bay! It's AMAZING to sit outside on a clear day, see Tilghman's Island, and the Bay Bridge. **** Brownies Beach is in walking distance and only 8 houses away. The beach entrance is also where the lower end of the boardwalk ends and begins! So basically, when leaving the home, hang a left to go to the beach or hang a right (also about 8 houses down) to access the boardwalk. The boardwalk will even take you to the Rod &Reel Resort area. Envision morning walks/runs on the Chesapeake Bay, walk to dinner/drinks, and to the beach. This is beach living at it's FINEST! Also enjoy the other small town area festivities in North Beach-farmers market, 1st Fridays, fishing pier, local restaurants, etc. Very convenient to PAX River and Joint Base Andrews. It's also within 45 min of Northern VA and 40 min from DC.

  • Stefanie S.

  • Frank K.
"Great access to everything in the area and having the market makes it easy if you need something quick "
  • Nancy E.
"It takes a long time just to get to Prince Frederick from here. There aren’t any suitable walking areas or suitable bus stops. "
  • Michelle65a
"We live next to a cute bay side town. I can get to DC, Virginia, and the Eastern Shore fairly quickly. And the communities are growing around here. "
  • Rbigson1972
"It's a nice neighborhood, people are friendly and look out for one another. Super close to the water so there's a few beaches, the boardwalk and lots of cool places to grab a bite to eat"
  • Michelle65a
"my neighborhood is in the woods and the traffic is bad and noisy. Two bicyclists were hit and killed on my road. "
  • billyjohnson
"The Schools in the county are the best in the state and they people are very friendly. My wife and I enjoy strolls to the beach and dining at some of the local restaurants. The selection is limited for dining and nightlife but the piece of mind for safety and ambience makes up for it. My only issues are that public transportation is limited so you must have a vehicle to manuever and that most stores like walmart, larger supermarkets, and shops are at least 15 min away. The town has a local supermarket and some smaller shops, but to get fast food and/or go shopping you must drive. I'm a city kid and grew up in a large metropolitan area and i can say its the total opposite. I enjoy the quite and quaint feel of the area. The commute to DC is not that bad for work you can drive to the metro or catch commuter bus. All in all i was looking for nice neighborhood and piece of mind and in chesapeake beach I may just have found it!! "
  • Bonnie O. D.
