    "Uptown, Harrisburg is a diamond in the rough, that is going thru a current transition. Miton Hershey us opening a new school in the Uptown neighborhood. PA Archives and Federal Courthouse and now been added and a slew of great local grub, that you can eat and stroll by the Susquehanna River. Properties for sale are scarce, but they are a great entry price that you can have room to renovate to your liking. People are generally respectful and the crime(if any) is usually personal, respectively. "

I think this place is best for young professionals thanks to location (close to shopping etc) and the amenities like tennis and the gym. as well as senior people thanks convenience and it being quiet and private, and small families like one child maybe 2 or it just feels too cramped no matter what apartment u have. there's people everywhere, except it's very prettyhere. it's like a bougie section 8."
