New windows and entry door in 2015. New kitchen and stainless steel appliances in 2012. Minutes from Metra station and Elgin -O'hare expressway, minutes to shopping in Schaumburg. Video surveillance system included. This is a low maintenance worry free living. HOA paints the house once every 5 years and replaces the roof once every 15 years. The house has ZERO problems, was never flooded, never rented. The only thing that doesnt work is a dryer(its about 30 years old and needs to be replaced anyway)

    "There are people walking their dogs all day around here. Everyone is very friendly. They all pick up after their own pets. I am not a dog owner so can’t really speak on more about that. Not sure of dog parks but do see a lot of dogs in the area. "
