Video surveillance system included. This is a low maintenance worry free living. HOA paints the house once every 5 years and replaces the roof once every 15 years. The house has ZERO problems, was never flooded, never rented. The only thing that doesnt work is a dryer(its about 30 years old and needs to be replaced anyway)
