  • Tbeckingham32
"The schools are great. Neighbors are friendly and diverse. There is a lot of pride in White Plains. We have a Kindergartener, so last year we toured all the schools and all of them seemed great. Every parent I have spoken to has only had good things to say about their school regardless of which school their child goes to. The parks are great and they are continually updating them. Your child can swim all summer for close to free in either of the two city pools. The recreation department offers a lot of activities at very affordable prices."
  • Bgralph682
"Too many major roads /Main interstate highway roads so dangerous and or not common dog walking areas. Too close to WP city area. "
  • Jessica B.
"It’s a great neighborhood for your kids to go up in a group here I think it will be great for my kids to grab it also I was there for 35 years but with all that is going on in the world today I advise all parents to keep eyes on children at all times"
  • Keeli H.
"I’m just visiting but I feel right at home and everyone I’ve talked with is extremely friendly! The homes a clean and beautiful!"

  • Carol E.
" The diversity of people makes White Plains special. Never boring! White Plains is expensive for both renters and home owners though. "
  • Michael B.
"Safe place to live. Fun night life. Area is great for raising a family. I lived here for over 25 years. "
