"Close to downtown and city but doesn’t feel like your in the city . There is a lot of privacy the way my home is located and no one can build or buy behind me . "

"There are a fair amount of convenient stores and dollar stores near most areas and the commute to major stores depends on what part of the city you are in but it overall isn’t that bad. "

"Close to International Paper and only about 20 minutes from ERDC and Corps of Engineers and shopping and 5 minutes from the hospital. Great neighborhoods. YMCA close by with pool. Comfortable living at affortable prices in this area, not too far from anything."
