While they may not have all the same facilities of larger schools in the district I believe that the lower number of students offers a better experience for the kids than the larger schools. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent that has gone through this school system myself, not much has changed while having my own children enrolled in the district's public school system. Elementary school was a fantastic experience, with caring teachers, but in middle the emphasis is always on the gifted and sports related curriculums. All other students are just a face in the crowd, which is sad to say the least. There are too many fights in the middle school classrooms and teachers do not have the back-up or ability to handle classroom management anymore (for many reasons). The kids rule the classrooms.
