Security Deposit required of $1,050.00. $1,050.00 Month-to-month lease. Additional garage available for rent at an additional $100 per month. Absolutely No pets and no smoking in/on premises. Cannot be on sex offenders list (No exceptions!). Credit/Background check and fee required $35 per adult. Renter insurance required. Thank you!Frequently asked Questions1.     "I have lived in this area for almost 6 years. The Savannah Heights (Cheyenne Trail) Subdivision is very nice. This area is quiet, composed of a good mix of families and couples. We are nicely located near I-40 in 2 directions. There is a state park within a few miles drive, and Cookeville is just minutes away. "
