Security Deposit required of $1,050.00. $1,050.00 Month-to-month lease. Additional garage available for rent at an additional $100 per month. Absolutely No pets and no smoking in/on premises. We are nicely located near I-40 in 2 directions. There is a state park within a few miles drive, and Cookeville is just minutes away. "
