The vinyl flooring is slightly outdated. The bathroom is fully intact and in good conditon. There is a laundry area that still has the washer and dryer intact. The living room has carpet that is in fair condition. All three of the bedrooms walls are paneling and the carpet on the floors are in fair conditon. Menchanicals are intact and include a forced air furnace, ac, hotwater heater, and sump pump. There is a full basement with outside entry only.
