If you are considering enrolling your child in this school, I strongly encourage you to explore other options. Speaking as both an educator and a parent, I recognize that no school is without flaws; however, this particular school falls short in several critical areas that would prevent me from enrolling my own children here.One of the most pressing concerns is the school’s high staff turnover rate, which can significantly impact the consistency and quality of instruction. Additionally, the broader district—Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS)—could benefit from shifting its focus away from performance metrics like CCRPI scores and instead invest more in cultivating a positive school culture and supportive learning environment.For families within CCPS who cannot relocate, I recommend looking into the district’s magnet programs, which tend to offer more stable and enriched educational experiences.

Terrible School. I’ve visited to take my child to the dentist and there were rats and ants all over the building. People were also just roaming around the hallways and jumping up snatching the banners attached to the ceiling. The principal was also caught smoking several vapes and vape pens in his office. 0/10. Never take your child here.

This school has been great thus far. The teachers are very engaging and the classrooms are structured to optimize learning. Most schools in Clayton County get a bad rap. Primarily due to lack of parental involvement and there hasn't been much change in leadership since the school loss accreditation in 2008. However, this school is a gem. I highly recommend.
