The 2 encore classes that you can choose from are PE orchestra band art and etc. If you want a good middle school for your child and you are in the walled lake school district or area then James R. This school is on the rough side of the 3 Walled lake High schools and surrounding area schools. Football is where most of the money goes to, so if you want to play go there. If you are female and want to participate in sports, go to any other school. Academically, the school is fair to good. Because there are so many lower learning students in this school, the higher academic classes seem full or not enough of them. "I have lived in this neighborhood over 30 years. It was a GREAT place to raise my daughters. Bloomfield Hills Schools are the best in Michigan. There are many new families that have moved into this desirable location (shopping, low traffic, etc.). I feel it is time for a family to enjoy this wonderful home with a large private yard ( only $25/week landscaping charge and West Bloomfield taxes), and many new improvements (roof, windows, water heater, etc.) There is even a full house generator!!"
