Description

We are delighted to share this lovely townhome located in the beautiful Palomares Hills neighborhood of Castro Valley. This community is known for its peaceful surroundings, well kept grounds, and access to a highly desired elementary school right within the neighborhood. It has been a wonderful place for us, and we hope it becomes just as special for the next family who lives here.
The home has been thoughtfully updated and cared for. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, and both upstairs bathrooms have been newly tiled. All bedrooms are located on the upper level, including an open loft that can serve as a third bedroom, office, or cozy flex space.
The primary bedroom is one of our favorite spots in the home. It includes an attached bonus room perfect for a home office, nursery, or creative nook and offers a beautiful valley view with a peek a boo glimpse of the San Francisco Bay. The primary suite also includes its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom as well, making the upstairs layout especially comfortable and convenient.
There is built in cabinetry upstairs for extra storage, along with additional space in the attic and under the staircase. The two car garage includes a washer and dryer, plus an industrial strength storage rack. The driveway can accommodate two additional vehicles, and guest parking is conveniently located right across the street.
Living in Palomares Hills also means enjoying wonderful community amenities. The HOA provides access to neighborhood and community pools, as well as basketball and tennis courts a great bonus for staying active or enjoying time outdoors.
If you reach out by call or text, I typically return messages within the same day or by the next day at the latest. I'm happy to answer questions or arrange a time for you to see the home in person.

All Adult tenants must be listed on application and lease.
No Smoking. Viewing is by Appt only and must call to schedule.
Tenant pays all utilities except gardener and HOA.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from March 17, 2026
