Nice features of the whole property are a large LANAI (18 x 10) and the screened POOL area (27 x 37 SF) with the SPA. The pool features a newly installed pump and heater with Wi-Fi control from your phone. Pool comes with child protection fence. The OUTSIDE AREA is partly fenced and naturally divided into the green part (80 x 73 SF) where you can plant fruit trees etc., and a playground (1,300 SF) with a swing, bench, and wooded sidewalks. A few minutes of driving are shopping areas with restaurants, and pet friendly Jiggs Landing Park on the shore of Ward Lake, where is an option to rent a boat, take guided fishing tours or enjoy concerts on weekend afternoons. About 15 minutes of driving from this house are Sarasota Mall, Tiger Woods Pop Strokes mini golf course, and Sarasota airport. Driving to the closest beaches (either Anna Marie or Sesta Key) takes about 25 minutes. Hesitating to get this house? Come over and listen to the sound of the waterfall from SPA to the pool.
