My child's second year at this school and I say this is one of the most careless schools of the South Bend Corporation, I really mean it! Safety is a huge issue here. Threats taken lightly and I do not appreciate their lunch monitor. School is in need of an upgrade and I cannot take the principal serious. Every year they exposed you to new, never before seen material. Students have a tendency to complain about the teachers, in all reality those teachers just weren't the type to let you mess around the whole class. Few people know the stress that any teacher or faculty member of a school undergoes, and let me tell you all the teachers handle very well. Fifth grade with Mr. Marosz and Mrs. Lotridge was a blast, learning and having fun couldn't have been better. They made one awesome team. Sixth grade with Mrs. Neighbor and Mrs. Brandt were magnificent, I even learned how to knit. Band was always a blast, pushing you to your full potential. Mr. Bennett, Mrs. Amato, Mrs. Nalepinski, and Mrs. Albright all were beyond amazing for seventh grade. They really pushed me and helped me learn! Eighth grade has to be the greatest year I had. We won the blue ribbon award, I gave a speech, I was taught how to write research papers.
