Horseback riding, white water rafting, fishing, golfing and shopping are in the area.This house is furnished 3 bdrm with 2 baths (sleeps 5 - one queen bed, one double bed, and one twin bed), and covered porch! Full kitchen with appliances and dishware/cookware, dishwasher, bed linens and towels included, electric and propane heat, wood burning fireplace, gas grill, full size washer and dryer, cable TV and high speed wireless internet. All utilities are included.A downstairs apartment with separate entrance is also available. It can be included in your rental for an additional $200/month. It has one bedroom with a double bed and one bath, a kitchen, living room and laundry facilities.Rental season extends from April thru November each year. Due to the high elevation and moderately steep private roads, the driving conditions are occasionally not safe in the wintertime.First and last month's rent is due up front
