Monthly rate: $1200 per month and one month security deposit.
The Home: This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is nestled on a quiet dead-end street, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere with minimal noise.
Your Space: You will enjoy a private bedroom (unfurnished, ready for your personal touch) and share a full bathroom with only one other roommate. Your room is shown in the photos! The bedroom furniture in the photos will go away.
Common Areas: The shared spaces are fully furnished and built for comfort. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen with dual ovens, a Sub-Zero fridge, dishwasher, and wine cooler. You'll also have access to a comfortable living room, dining room, bright sunroom, on-site laundry (free use), and a dedicated driveway parking space. We are also setting up a downstairs home gym!
Who We Are: We are two middle-aged working professionals (male and female) looking for one responsible, tidy, positive and considerate individual to join us. The room is becoming available because our previous roommate is happily moving out after purchasing his own house.
The Details: Utilities (gas heating, electric, internet) are split equally. We have solar power so the electricity bill is almost zero, except when we open the swimming pool. Non-smokers and no pets, please.
Pool Update: The backyard pool and patio are shared amenities. We could not open the pool this year due to repairs that needed to be done and they are completed now. We expect to open next year!
Parking: We have a driveway that can hold up to 3 cars. We are currently using 2 spaces.

No smoking allowed, no pets allowed.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
