Welcome to 73 Bortons Road — a rare blend of timeless elegance and contemporary design, expertly crafted by Pond and Spitz Homes, and tucked within the exclusive Little Mill Preserve community of Marlton. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a horseshoe driveway with custom pavers, a meticulously manicured lawn, and lush landscaping. Step into a dramatic two-story foyer, showcasing a custom modern glass-panel staircase, complemented by black-painted oak stairs and striking patterned porcelain tile flooring that flows throughout the first floor. The home’s minimalist, contemporary design creates an immediate sense of openness and calm. At the heart of the home, the chef’s kitchen promises memorable gatherings. A thoughtful mix of open shelving and closed cabinetry from Snaidero offers abundant storage, while the microwave, refrigerator, and oven are seamlessly built into the cabinetry to make entertaining effortless. Black granite countertops contrast beautifully against the light palette. The true showpiece? A stunning, extra-large onyx waterfall island that glows warmly with underlighting, complemented by a built-in wine fridge and additional storage. The main level also features a spacious sunken family room with recessed lighting and a gas fireplace framed by a porcelain accent wall; a sunny breakfast area with sliding glass doors to the brand-new Trex deck and views of the golf course; a dining room large enough to seat eight or more; a sunken formal living room; a powder room; laundry room; and a versatile bonus room ideal for a home office. Expansive windows throughout frame views of mature trees and emerald-green lawn. Upstairs, all four bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The primary suite boasts a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets with custom built-in shelving, and a private Trex balcony overlooking the 1st hole of the Blue Course at Little Mill Country Club. The spa-like ensuite includes updated his-and-her vanities, a walk-in double shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and porcelain tile flooring that adds a clean, elegant finish to the space. The second bedroom offers its own ensuite with an updated standing shower, while the remaining two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with updated floating vanities and a shared shower. The finished basement expands your living space with room for a home gym, media area, or playroom — all brightened by recessed lighting and thoughtful design. "All dogs are kept on their leash and friendly when approached. There is a great fenced in yard for dogs to run and play as well as plenty of safe and quiet roads for walking on leash. Roads are private and not accessed by street traffic so random cars driving through are very minimal. Close driving distance to several dog friendly parks!"

It's a great area to live and there are always kids And adults biking , walking and more. Definitely more small town vibe with out the taxes of Cherry Hill and Mt Laurel. "

"Schools are great!!! Teachers are amazing!!!! Taxes are high, but you get what you pay for. If you have children, definitely a great place to live. Single or just a couple, not needing the schools. I’d look somewhere else. The schools are what keep us here. When they graduate, we’ll move.. Con: Traffic!!! "
  • Sherri B.
"I just love the schools!!!! Also, love my development. People a friendly and safe go out of their way to help. Quiet when suppose to be. Knock on wood, I’ve never had a problem here... I would stay forever if not for the taxes.town is very nice. The only problem is route 70 and 73... They’re parking lot. God help us in the summer when it’s beach time."
  • Trulia User

"Any location in NJ has three routes to reach it by car, and if you want to go into Philly (Atlantic City, or anywhere else on the line) by train, there are stations with cheap parking nearby."
  • Christy T.
"I have lived in Marlton for almost two years- I love it. It’s very safe and quiet but also close driving distance to shopping and restaurants. "
  • Stanley L.
"There's only one bus route that is not easily accessible. There are many stores in the are that make living here convenient. The drive towards Philadelphia can be a nuisance depending on the time of day. Rte73, between Rte 70 and the promenade tend to be high traffic areas. The community is well maintained and the neighbors are generally friendly. My packages and cars are safe. I would continue to live here as long as I can. "
  • Tablerkimberly
"Easy with not a whole lot of traffic- but my commute is just taking my kids to school and back between 8-3"
  • Allyson M.
"There are a lot of dogs and the area seems dog friendly. It’s nice that most people pick up after their dogs."
  • Elizabeth.rd625
"Everyone has dogs around here. Mostly friendly dogs and owners. Most of us are respectful of eachother space and cleaning up after the dogs "
  • Luis C.
"Dogs are welcome in this community. Never had an issue with that, in the 2 years i’ve lived here. Hopefully more people with dogs move in"
