The neighbors leave each other a lot of space, but also are so very helpful and connected whenever a need arises. To be one mile from the enormous San Juan National Forest, with some of the best dirt-bike paths in the country; to be one hour from Telluride, with some of the best skiing in the country; and to be right on the Dolores river with some of the best fly-fishing!
