It is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in a quiet building that is about 700 sq. ft. The condo has been updated, with recently painted walls, ample storage space, laminate flooring, and a generously sized closet.

Other amenities include: air conditioning, dishwasher, Nest thermostat, on-site laundry, and free water.

Rent is $1050/ month (includes water). Renter pays internet, electric, and gas. One month's rent and $1,050 security deposit required at lease signing.

Move-in date is after May 1.
