About this House

2 story traditional Home with hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, and breakfast area. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and desk area in the breakfast room. House is fully wired for both cable and satellite TV. Basement is finished with a wet bar
and full bath and an extra room that is currently used as a bedroom but could be an office,weight or recreation room. There is a loft area on the second floor and a Jack & Jill bath with seperate sinks between two of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets except the basement bedroom. The master bedroom has large his and her's walk in closets. Professional landscaping in both the front and back yards and a sprinkler system is in place.

Neighborhood Description

The neighborhood is a quiet one just north of I-70 with access to I-70 appoximately 3-5 minutes away. Shopping and recreational parks and activities are with in 5-10 minutes and a large mall is with in 10-15 minutes. The people are very friendly and there is an active homeowners association. The development has a small pond or lake with a fountain that is accessible to everyone in the neighborhood. There are community events held periodically during the year such as Halloween, July 4, and at Christmas there is a home decorating contest for those who wish to participate.

You can live in a subdivision or you can find plenty of homes on 1 to 30 acres on these outskirts of town and only be 5 to 10 from large malls, mini malls and just about every well known stores or small local stores. During rush hour traffic can get a little backed up but it's only a 10 minute backup at most. "
