About this House

This is a show place and is absolutely perfect for people who love to entertain. Just beautifully updated throughout. Practically everything redone on this unique home. The heating and cooling is accomplished by very efficient split (zoned) systems throughout the home. (purchased new and installed 2021) The gorgeous large pool is the focus, including a huge covered deck and half bath adjacent, but the home is cozy and very livable as well. It has an apartment included with the detached garage and oversized workshop in the back. All this and there is still a large backyard. The home is secluded and provides for amazing privacy with a gated front entry and an excellent metal privacy fence around most of the yard. Home owner advises the tax rolls are incorrect and total heated square footage of home and apt closer to 2200. Year built is unknown.
