Coin/App laundry is available in the basement.

There are 12 units in the historic building, and all of our neighbors are friendly. We have a community garden in the back with lots of tomatoes and a peach tree in the summer. And there is a deeded parking space as well as street parking.

The property is located in north Capitol Hill, just a block from tons of restaurants on 17th avenue and all that Uptown has to offer. The building is across the street from the Fillmore theatre and two blocks from the Ogden theatre, the perfect spot for a music lover.

$2300/month rent covers all utilities & wifi plus one parking space. Open to month to month lease or 3, 6, or 12 month lease. Rent increases slightly for shorter time periods ($2,300 for 12 months, $2,400 for 6 months, $2,500 for 3 months, and $2,750 for month to month). $1000 security deposit will be given back at time of move out.
