"It’s quiet and safe to walk their dogs in addition their dogs can be alright with walking fast or running because there are safe drivers and obedient children in this area. I would say it pet friendly and neighbors all wave and pet the animals without fear of getting harmed. "

"And they have a playground that you need to go with them It’s not a bad place it’s very nice place to live. I just feel that all little kids should have a parent around at all times to watch them. They have traffic that goes in and out which is expected not a lot. Beings it’s a Mobile Home Park they have rules to follow. "
