People also mind their own business unless they see something suspicious. If your dog gets out neighbors are nice enough to help you try and get them back. Really lovely neighborhood. Quiet and calm.     "The central location is excellent. 20-25 minutes to get to the beach, 15 minutes to get to the airport, feels like downtown or north county are both easy to travel to. there is plenty of local eating options, and the neighborhood is quiet. When we move din years ago there were no kids in the area but now there are a lot more younger families. East Clairemont is a great place to live!"
