    "I lived here in Cordell and the City Office does not enforce yard clean up witch draws in skunks and mice to live some yards have trash sitting all over there back yards and in open garage witch can be seen from the street. Lots of falling down house that need to be clean out so children don't go in them and get hurt. Not many restaurants in town and most are closed on Sundays and only one open in the evenings. No bars in the not that is a bad thing. but if you are in to the bar seen you will have to drive about 20 miles to find one. I lived on Grant ST and every car speeds down it so proper no police patrol where you need it. It does have a grocery store. But when you go to the grocery store watch the expiration date several thinks on shelf are expired or about to expire. The town does have a nice ALCO Store and Sonic. But at Sonic check your order be for leaving and always check your drink to make sure you get what you ordered. Nice gas stations but gas is 20 cents hire than any other towns. The DR's in this town will not take you as a patient if you have major health issues. Even if you just want to be seen for a rash or the flu. They will ask you on the phone do you have any major health issues. Once you tell them yes. They will tell you they are not taking any patients with other serious health problems so you will have to drive 20 to 30 miles to find a Dr. that will. All in all the people that live here are very nice and friendly. "
