The ground floor has a spacious family room with new paint, bay window, ceiling fan, can lighting, and an attached bonus room with a fireplace (natural gas) and an atrium door to the covered patio (10' x 20'). The family room has a door to the 2 car garage. The garage has shelving on the west side for storage.

The basement has bedroom 5 with a closet and an additional baseboard electric heater. There is also a mechanical room with a new 50 gallon water heater (December 2024), furnace (just inspected, December 2024) and shelving for storage.

The backyard is fenced, has a 12' x 16' shed with 2 windows, double doors, a workbench in one corner, shelves on one wall and overhead sheeting on the trusses for additional storage. There is also a large sandbox and deck for the kids. The front yard has a porch with a vinyl railing and an in-ground basketball hoop. The sprinklers are automatic and the controls are in the mechanical room.
