This is a nice 3 bed 2 bath home with a large 2 car garage. All appliances are in good shape. The fence is 1 year old and the backyard has a nice view of the preserve & Buffalo Creek. There is a 400 sq sealed concrete pad that is nice for entertaining or grilling. The house comes with an outdoor bar and stools. The washer and dryer are Samsung and are 4 years old.

This neighborhood is conveniently placed near 75, which puts you in the middle of multiple cities. 20 minutes to Downtown St Pete, 20 minutes to UTC area, 40 minutes to downtown Tampa. Publix is 5 minutes away, and there are many restaurants and stores around the neighborhood.

This will be a one year lease and you can renew after that period is up. The renter will pay utilities which is electric and water/sewer. Eletric is around 130 to 150 a month depending on usage. No smoking cigarettes inside the home. Damage or neglect to the home will not be tolerated. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood, so huge parties that involve very loud music will not be allowed on a recurring basis. AC filter is in garage and is reusable, so it needs to be rinsed outside every other month. Washer and dryer is located in garage. Ask any questions if you have any!

The current Board is working hard to meet the requirements for a well maintained community that we can enjoy. Please ignore the previous negative comment. HOA fees are now $244 for the purpose of replenishing reserves that were depleted."
